Konstantinos graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Thessaloniki in 2006. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Public Law of University of Athens and a Master of Laws in Public Law of University of Paris II – Panthéon – Assas. He is a Phd candidate in public law at the Law Faculty of the University of Thessaloniki and his research focuses on the judicial review of the action of Independent Agencies.
He was admitted in the Athens Bar Association in 2009 and he is qualified to practice before the Court of Appeal. Since 2009 holds the column of European case-law in the Greek quarterly review “Environment and Law” published by Nomiki Bibliothiki Group and since 2011 a column in the quarterly Review of Civil Service Law published by Sakkoulas Publications. Since 2011, is a member of the Advisory Council of the Gymnasium of Evaggeliki Scholi
Konstantinos has published two books, “The parents’ access right, the guaranties of an effective protection according to the ECHR case-law”, Sakkoulas Publications, 2011 (in Greek) and “La procéduralisation des droits substantiels garantis par la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, 2011, Bruylant – Nemesis (in French). He has also various publications in international and Greek legal reviews concerning numerous issues of Public Law.
Konstantinos’ main areas of practice are administrative law, public tenders, tax law, environmental law, regulation, european law and labour law.
He speaks fluently English and French.
