Helen graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens in 1990. She holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Maritime Law of University College London. She was admitted in the Piraeus Bar Association in 1992 and is qualified to practice before Greek Courts of all levels. She is a member of Women International Shipping and Trading Association Hellas (W.I.S.T.A. Hellas).

Helen is our partner in charge of the firm’s shipping law department (marine insurance, sale and purchase, cargo claims, bills of lading, charterparties, marine labour claims, arrest of ships, pollutions, collisions, general average and salvage) and also practices in company and commercial law. She speaks fluently English and has knowledge of French and Spanish.
